We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Mobilisation Coordinator to join our growing team in Perth. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end workforce mobilisation activities across mining projects throughout Western Australia.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mining mobilisation processes, compliance requirements, and workforce coordination within the resources sector. Experience mobilising personnel for major clients including Fortescue (FMG), Rio Tinto, and Roy Hill will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation and demobilisation activities for site personnel
• Manage onboarding requirements including medicals, inductions, training, and compliance documentation
• Liaise with clients, recruiters, supervisors, and employees to ensure mobilisation deadlines are met
• Coordinate flights, accommodation, and site access requirements
• Maintain accurate records across mobilisation systems and databases
• Ensure compliance with client-specific requirements and company procedures
• Provide ongoing support to employees throughout the mobilisation process

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a Mobilisation Coordinator role within the mining or resources sector
• Strong understanding of WA mining mobilisation processes and compliance requirements
• Experience working with FMG, Rio Tinto, and/or Roy Hill mobilisation systems is advantageous
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
• Proficiency with SAP, CMS , Workflow and other mobilization systems
