Kerman Contracting is currently seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to join our friendly office-based HR and Mobilisation team. As a Mobilisation Coordinator, you will be responsible for the compliance and mobilisation of Kerman employees and subcontractors to various projects in the resourcing & defence industries.

Key Responsibilities:
This position will assist in mobilising all personnel for required projects and you’ll report directly to the HR/IR Manager.
As a Mobilisation Coordinator, you will be involved in the onboarding process, Issuing of trainings and inductions, and mobilising personnel to site.
- Liaise with Project & Site Managers on requirements for Kerman & subcontractor personnel.
- Work closely with the HR recruitment team to assess Blue & White collar compliance based on the project requirements.
- Assist with managing administrative duties relating to new starters in the business.
- Oversee all subcontractor personnel onboarding and mobilisation to site.
- Update all Recruitment and Mobilisation Registers.
- Prepare all documentation required in the onboarding process.
- Booking of medicals/inductions/trainings for Kerman employees.
- Booking VOC and site-specific training
- Organising and issuing PPE.
- Preparing employment starter packs.
- Preparing & maintaining personnel mobilisation files.
About you:
- Higher education qualification or equivalent experience is preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in Mobilisation or Administration Support with the Mining & Construction industry
- Superior attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Previous working knowledge of Recruitment, Compliance and Onboarding software (Martian Logic, Avetta, ERMS)
- Experience working on multiple disciplinary projects.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Suite.
