We are seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to develop and manage integrated program schedules across multiple projects and workstreams. Reporting to the Executive Manager PMO & Governance, you will be responsible for ensuring program milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are effectively planned, tracked, and aligned to business objectives.

Working closely with project teams, PMO stakeholders, and senior leaders, you will manage end-to-end scheduling, identify risks and critical path activities, and provide clear reporting and insights to support successful program delivery and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain integrated program schedules across multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Establish baseline schedules and track progress against key milestones and delivery targets.
  • Manage project dependencies and ensure alignment across delivery teams.
  • Implement scheduling standards, processes, and governance controls.
  • Monitor schedule performance and identify risks, delays, and critical path impacts.
  • Conduct schedule reviews and health checks to support successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with project teams, PMO, and senior stakeholders to maintain schedule alignment.
  • Manage schedule changes, including impact assessments and approvals.
  • Produce program reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
  • Drive continuous improvement across scheduling tools, processes, and reporting.
Key Requirements:
  • Tertiary Education or industry qualification in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in program scheduling, project controls, project management, or PMO environments.
  • Proven experience managing complex end-to-end schedules across large-scale programs.
  • Advanced Microsoft Project skills within enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of dependency management, critical path analysis, and schedule management best practices.
  • Experience developing schedule management plans and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience supporting technology, transformation, infrastructure, or business change programs.
  • Relevant Project Scheduling, Project Controls, or Project Management certifications are highly regarded.
Contract Rate: $1,000 per Day (incl. super)
