Striker Crushing is looking for a skilled and dedicated Machinist/Welder to join our team at our Henderson, WA facility. What You’ll Do:

• Operate manual machines (lathes and mills) to manufacture high-quality parts and components for crushing and screening equipment.

• Carry out welding and basic fabrication work as required.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and quality.

• Work closely with the engineering and assembly teams to meet production schedules.

• Perform routine maintenance and ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the workshop.

What We’re Looking For:

• Trade qualification as a Machinist or Fitter Machinist.

• Experience with manual lathes and mills.

• Welding and fabrication skills (MIG, TIG, or stick welding).

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Forklift ticket (preferred, but not essential).
