About the role:

The Logistics Coordinator plays a critical part in coordinating transport, managing delivery schedules, and liaising with internal teams and external freight partners to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Book, coordinate, and manage all inbound and outbound freight movements
  • Liaise and negotiate with carriers, suppliers, and freight forwarders to meet service, customer and cost requirements
  • Coordinate import and export activities, including customs clearance and associated documentation
  • Liaise with Sales and Operations teams to understand customer requirements and production demand
  • Assist in warehousing activities when required

What you’ll need:

  • Experience with freight, transport, or logistics coordination
  • Forklift (LF) license (desirable)
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Experience with ERP systems
