RSA is seeking an experienced Logistics
Coordinator to join our team based at our Dalby Workshop on a 5/2
roster (with occasional weekend work required to meet operational needs).
As a key member of our Workshop
team, you’ll coordinate the movement of trucks, heavy mobile plant and
equipment across projects Australia-wide, ensuring assets are deployed safely,
efficiently and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating the movement of trucks, heavy mobile plant and equipment across multiple sites.
- Liaising with project managers, site supervisors, suppliers and transport providers to ensure timely plant deployment.
- Working with maintenance and workshop teams to maximise fleet availability and utilisation.
- Managing transport compliance and documentation.
What You Bring…
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Current MC Licence + experience operating MC vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of heavy vehicle operations, transport legislation, permits and oversized load requirements.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt to changing operational demands.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
