Loader Operator

What you’ll be doing

• Operating front-end loaders to producing composts, potting mixes, and soil conditioners
• Supporting quality control to ensure high production standards
• Performing basic maintenance on vehicles, machinery, and equipment
• Managing stock control, processing orders, and document control
• Meeting production targets and customer satisfaction goals
• Following operating procedures (training provided)

What you’ll bring

• Front end Loader ticket or relevant experience is required
• Excavator and Forklift ticket are desirable
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures
• Experience in the waste industry is helpful but not required
