Loader, Grader, Dozer Operators – Expression of Interest

Summary:

We are seeking experienced Loader, Grader, and Dozer Operators to join our team in Kalgoorlie-Boulder. We have various small team, short-term project opportunities that may lead permanent employment for the right Operators. These contract roles offer full-time hours with various rosters based on the project.

The successful candidates will love variety and new challenges while play a crucial role in maintaining productivity and ensuring compliance with safety standards at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Operate loaders, graders, and dozers to perform excavation and earthmoving tasks.
• Conduct pre-operational checks on machinery to ensure safety and functionality.
• Follow site safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate operations and achieve project goals.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must hold Australian work rights.
• Must have valid Australian driver’s licence(s) suitable for the machinery you can operate.
• Must have proven experience operating heavy machinery, specifically loaders, graders, or dozers, if you are an Allrounder even better!
• Need to have strong understanding and application of safety regulations and practices in the mining and/or civil road works industry.
• Can demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.

These roles are Kalgoorlie-Boulder/Coolgardie residential. No uplift is included.
