Loader & Excavator Operators – Shredding & Screening

JRM Resources is a locally owned, family-focused business delivering high-quality civil and mining services across the Peel and Southwest regions. 

We are currently seeking experienced Loader and Excavator operators to join our shredding crew on roster 7:7 roster. This is a site-based role across Willowdale, Huntly and other sites within the Peel region, supporting our shredding and screening team.  

About the Role: 

• Site-based role across Alcoa sites Willowdale and Huntly and other sites within the Peel region
• 7/7 rosters available 
• Operate loaders to feed mobile wood shredders, while monitoring screens and stackers,
• Operate Excavators, using hydraulic grabs to sort and load material 
• Managing stockpiles and maintaining safe material handling practices. 
• Working independently and within a supportive team environment 
•  Ensuring safe and efficient operation of equipment on site 

Requirements: 

• 3+ years’ experience operating excavators and loaders  
• Current and relevant mobile plant operating tickets  
• Experience with shredding and screening or crushing operations  
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A screening  
• White Card  
• Must hold right to work in Australia 
• Valid C Class driver’s license
