Landsmith Home Farm – Market Garden Farm Hand

The Landsmith Collection Pty
Full-time
On-site
Western Australia, Australia
Labourer

Are you passionate about sustainable farming and eager to contribute to a new organic market garden? We are seeking a dedicated Farm Hand to join our team in beautiful Margaret River, WA.

The Landsmith Market Garden has been through an intensive establishment phase, with equipment, facilities, post-harvest processing and irrigation, among many other elements, now complete. This is an exciting time to join the team, and be part of the early-stage team bringing the vision to life. We are looking for someone who is ready and keen to get growing, be part of a productive enterprise and bring healthy, organically grown food to the region and to Perth.

As a Farm Hand, this is a 4-day a week role and you’ll play a crucial role in our daily operations, from planting and growing to harvesting fresh produce. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to gain hands-on experience in organic farming and be part of a supportive and enthusiastic team.

Landsmith Home Farm is a 160ha farm that puts locally grown and regenerative food production centre-stage, and is conveniently located just five minutes from Margaret River town centre. The Market Garden (Field and Greenhouse) is part of a broader farm comprising cattle and beef production; small on-farm forestry areas, oak savannah plantings and natural, remnant vegetation.

If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and help cultivate a healthier future, we want to hear from you! You’ll be supported by, and report to, the Market Garden Team Coordinator.
