We also offer attractive travel incentives to complete work between our Coffs Harbour, Tamworth and Forster branches. This may include up to 4 nights away from your usual base location, between Monday – Friday.

The Role

Reporting to the Leading Hand, you’ll support the scaffold crew on site with material handling, preparation, and general site tasks.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist scaffolders with the movement, preparation, and handling of scaffold materials
• Follow all PPE, SWMS, and hazard reporting procedures
• Work cooperatively with the team to keep site operations running smoothly
• Communicate respectfully with team members, supervisors, and other trades on site
• Drive your development by actively learning scaffold and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Current White Card
• Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
• Experience in construction or manual labour (desirable)
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Physically capable and comfortable in a demanding work environment
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
