Industrial Blaster/ Painter

Summary:

Synergy Engineering is seeking experienced Industrial Blasters/Painters to join our dynamic team in Wyong, New South Wales. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality surface preparation and coating application in the building and construction industry. As part of a close-knit team and great company culture. We offer a variety on/off site projects different types of work from Architectural finishes to commercial structural steel.

Responsibilities:

• Operate blasting equipment to prepare surfaces on structural steel
• Apply protective coatings using various methods including airless spray painting
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
• Conduct quality checks on finished work to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines efficiently.
• Onsite projects mobilization, blasting and spray-painting activities

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an industrial blaster/painter or similar role within the building & construction industry.
• Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and coating applications.
• Familiarity with safety protocols related to blasting and painting operations.
• Ability to operate various types of blasting equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
