The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a reliable HR Rear Lift Truck Driver to join our team based at our newly built Smithfield depot, servicing Greater Sydney.

This is a hands-on role operating a HR Rear Lift Waste vehicle, ideal for someone who is eager to learn, flexible with tasks and ready to support a close-knit team. Early starts are the norm – great if you prefer to get in early, finish early and avoid peak traffic.

About you

You’re a dependable, safety-focused driver who takes pride in your work and enjoys being part of a team.

You will have:

• A current HR driver’s licence
• Proven experience operating a rear lift truck (preferred)
• Experience in the waste or recycling industry (highly regarded)
• A strong safety mindset and ability to follow procedures
• Good communication and customer service skills
• A solid work history with reliable references
• A clean driving record (traffic history required)
• The ability to pass a medical and drug & alcohol testing + regular random testing
