Currimundi Accommodation is looking for motivated and reliable Housekeepers and a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team.

About the Role

As a Housekeeper/Room Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring accommodation rooms and shared spaces are presented to the highest standard. You'll help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every guest by delivering exceptional housekeeping services and maintaining outstanding presentation throughout the property.
 

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will support the housekeeping team by leading daily operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring the team delivers efficient and consistent service.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and accommodation areas to company standards
• Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish room amenities
• Ensure rooms are presented and guest-ready within required timeframes
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas and shared spaces
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and safety hazards promptly
• Safely use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Support daily housekeeping schedules and room turnover processes
• Ensure housekeeping standards are consistently maintained
• Assist with team coordination and daily priorities (Level 3 Supervisor)
• Support and train team members to deliver high-quality housekeeping services (Level 3 Supervisor)
• Handle lost property in accordance with venue procedures
• Deliver friendly and professional service when interacting with guests
   

About You

• Previous housekeeping, accommodation, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience is highly regarded but not essential
• Experience leading or supervising a housekeeping team is preferred for the Level 3 Supervisor role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude with a team-focused approach
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
• Physically capable of performing manual handling and cleaning duties
