Forklift Operator
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate various forklifts
- Handle general, ugly, palletised and oversize freight
- Secure loads in line with the Load Restraint Guide using ratchet straps and chains.
- Scan and track freight across all stages (received, staged, loaded and unloaded)
- Prepare outbound freight for safe and secure dispatch
- Use RF scanners to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Work closely with drivers and yard teams to keep freight moving
What You’ll Bring
- Current LF Forklift Licence with practical experience
- Proven experience handling freight
- Previous yard hand, warehouse or similar experience
- RF scanner experience (highly regarded)
