Lead the Front Line on a $25M Retail Build

Brisbane Based Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Foreman to join a major retail construction project valued up to $25M. This is a great opportunity to play a key on-site leadership role, working alongside the Site Manager to drive progress, quality, and safety across all stages of the build.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and trades
• Coordinate subcontractors and workflow
• Ensure safety standards and quality outcomes are met
• Assist with scheduling and site productivity
• Support project delivery from start through completion

About You:

• Proven experience as a Foreman on retail or commercial projects
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Hands-on approach with excellent communication
• Solid understanding of site safety and construction processes
