Are you an experienced Residential Finishes Foreman looking for your next project in a vibrant and fast-growing coastal region? We’re seeking a detail-focused professional to join our client’s team on the Gold Coast.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all internal and external finishes on high-quality residential projects.
• Coordinate and supervise finishing trades to ensure workmanship meets premium standards.
• Conduct frequent site walk-throughs to monitor progress and ensure finishes align with plans and specifications.
• Identify, track, and complete finishing tasks to deliver a polished, handover-ready product.
• Work collaboratively with site management, trades, and clients to maintain clear communication and timely outcomes.
• Ensure all works comply with safety requirements, quality expectations, and company processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman on residential construction projects.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering flawless finishes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate multiple trades.
• Ability to read and interpret residential plans, finish schedules, and specifications.
• A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
