About The Role:

We’re seeking motivated and safety-focused Riggers and Climbers to join our field teams. You’ll play a vital role constructing and servicing ART’s Australian-made guyed lattice masts and infrastructure across Australia and NZ — ensuring our systems continue to deliver reliable, bankable data for renewable energy projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Support crews constructing guyed mast towers, inspections, maintenance, commissions and decommissions. (if qualified)
• Daily duties include all aspects of tower build or maintenance, from civil labour/construction, working at heights (if qualified), completing site paperwork.
• Work and travel to remote areas of Australia.
• Perform work in a small team environment.
• Coordinate site accommodation and travel logistics.
• Work on a flexible 3:1 roster.

What You’ll Bring

• A genuine commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Proven rigging or climbing experience in field, construction, or tower environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence using power and hand tools.
• Adaptability to changing site conditions and schedules.
• High attention to detail with sound documentation and communication skills.

Required Qualifications Climber:

• Construction Induction (White Card)
• Rigging Ticket
• Driver’s License
• Basic Computer and emailing skills

Desirable:

• First Aid & CPR
• WAH
• Tower rescue
