Field Technician

Ballard Mining Ltd is an exploration company exploring for Gold in the Eastern Goldfields with a current resource of 1.2Moz @3.0g/t Au.

Our Mt Ida Project is rapidly progressing towards mining with a developed camp situated an hours drive from Menzies.

We are currently seeking a field technician to join our team on a permanent basis, working day shift on a 15:13 roster. FIFO from Perth.

About you

– Proven experience with diamond core processing and sampling & RC drilling sampling

– Ability to work in remote camp environment

– Conduct logging and data collection activities

– Manual C-Class driver’s licence

– Ability to pass Fit for Work Medical (including D&A) and police check

Certifications/Qualifications in first aid, 4WD, side-by-side, forklift training is looked upon favourably.

The right candidate will display a keen interest in health and safety, the ability to work unsupervised and be a part of a well developed team.
