What you’ll be working on
As a Casual Field Service Technician, you’ll be out in the field delivering hands-on technical support and installations across a diverse customer base. This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days look the same — from troubleshooting hardware issues onsite to supporting broader managed service environments.
You’ll be:
- Performing onsite repairs, installations and configurations across laptops, desktops, and network devices
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware issues, identifying faults beyond software and applications
- Supporting customer environments through maintenance, patching, and proactive monitoring
- Managing and updating tickets, incidents, and service requests with clear documentation
- Travelling across NSW to support customers where needed
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Contributing to a positive, solutions-focused team culture aligned to our values

What you’ll bring
Essential:
- Experience supporting desktop and hardware environments
- Familiarity with IT service desk or ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware devices
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality outcomes
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across NSW
- Willingness to complete relevant background checks
Desirable:
- Exposure to Lenovo and/or Microsoft device repairs
- Experience within managed services environments
- Familiarity with monitoring tools or proactive IT maintenance
