Expression of Interest – Skilled Mobile Plant Operators

JRM Resources is a proudly family-owned and operated business based in Waroona, Western Australia. With over 40 years of industry experience, we have built a strong local workforce delivering Civil, Mining and Forestry services across the Peel Region and surrounding areas.

With ongoing and upcoming projects, we are seeking experienced Mobile Plant Operators to join our growing team. Opportunities are available across FIFO, DIDO and local projects, with rosters including 2:1, 7:7 and 5:2 depending on project requirements.

Positions We Are Seeking: 

We are currently interested in hearing from experienced:

• Dozer Operators – D6 to D10, ideally with GPS experience
• Grader Operators – GPS experience highly regarded
• Excavator Operators – Production, bulk earthworks and final trim experience
• All-Rounder Operators– Highly experienced operators skilled across multiple pieces of plant and equipment
• Loader Operators
• Other highly skilled Mobile Plant Operators with strong civil or mining experience

Project Locations & Rosters

We have opportunities across both local Southwest/Peel projects and FIFO/DIDO site-based roles.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in civil or mining environments
• Experience across bulk earthworks, tailings dams, clearing, or production works
• Current mobile plant tickets (highly desirable)
• GPS machine guidance experience (highly regarded)
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and teamwork
• Ability to work in remote and challenging environments
