THE ROLES

Due to significant growth and a busy pipeline of work ahead, our Commercial Construction team is looking for an Experienced Landscaper and a Labourer to join their team on a Casual basis.

As an Experienced Landscaper, you will be capable of reviewing plans and specifications to be able to install and undertake a number of tasks such as paving, planting, retaining walls, irrigation and turf installation. Ideally, you would have a Certificate in Landscaping and or machinery tickets to complement your landscaping experience.

If you don’t have any hands-on experience yet and are looking for an entry-level role into the industry, the Labourer position is the perfect place to start. You will assist with site preparation, basic landscape feature installations, and will be guided and mentored by our highly experienced team along the way, to help you kick start your career.

To be successful in either of these positions, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • A current driving licence (MR/HR licence would be highly regarded).
  • A Construction Industry White Card.
  • An ability to communicate effectively with your colleagues, sub-contractors and customers.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • You must be physically fit and willing to work within our health and safety guidelines.

In return you can expect:

  • Access to our Employee Assistance Program and perks such as our Financial Wellness Program, Skin Cancer Checks, and a paid day off in the month of your birthday.
  • On-going training and development through our ‘Career Tree’ pathways to support your career aspirations.
  • Paying above award rates with all uniform, PPE, and equipment provided.
  • Fantastic work life balance – early start/early finish, with an opportunity for weekend work and/or overtime if desired.
