ELECTRICIAN (A-GRADE)
FIFO or Local to the Pilbara | Open to applicants Australia-wide | Proudly Aboriginal-owned
Culture first. Always.
At GWA, culture isn’t a poster on the wall — it’s how we hire, how we work, and how we win. We’re a Ngarluma-endorsed, Indigenous-owned business building and maintaining world-class infrastructure across the Pilbara, and we’re All Walking Together: industry, community and crew, moving in the same direction. If you want a job where the culture is the whole point — this is it.
THE ROLE
Site-based A-Grade Electrician on maintenance, construction and remediation projects across the Pilbara — commercial, industrial, marine, mining and renewables. You’ll plan it, own it and execute it: prestarts, toolbox talks, routine maintenance, and always hunting the safer, smarter way to get the job done.
ROSTERS THAT SUIT YOUR LIFE
We’re flexible with rosters, and we welcome applicants from right across Australia. FIFO runs out of Perth — if you’re based further afield, have that chat with us and we’ll work through the travel arrangements together.
YOU
People describe you as a team player. You see problems before they land and you’ve already worked out the fix. You’re driven, consistent and not rattled by a challenge. You take ownership — no blame, no excuses, no clock-watching. You typify “going the extra mile” and you’ve got a textbook full of examples. You do whatever it takes so our clients, our community and your teammates all win. If that’s not you, this isn’t the role. If it is — you’ll love it here.
WHAT YOU NEED
Tickets like Working at Heights, Confined Space and EWP are a bonus — not a must. If you’re the right person and you’re missing a competency, we’ll build it with you.
Everyone is encouraged to apply.
WHY GWA
We invest in our people — real development, real goal-setting, real growth. We reward performance, loyalty and the extra mile, both financially and personally. And a portion of everything we do goes back into Indigenous community initiatives. Come build something that changes communities, not just sites.
