Job Description

XinYu site is hiring for a EI&C superintendent. This position is located in XinYu site.

What You Will Do

• Ensure the application of all safety rules, assuring Maintenance personnel are aware of and employing safe working practices and promoting safety programs and behaviors in the area of his scope/area assigned by the maintenance manager
• Ensure all aspects of maintenance in his working scope (area) and reliability processes are being followed including notification, prioritization, planning, scheduling, execution, feedback, and reliability
• Coach Maintenance staff in his organization to hold them accountable for delivery of results and support mutually agreed upon development needs
• Ensure the development and sustainable implementation of long-term reliability strategies and processes consistent with units (or plant) requirements
• Monitor accomplishments, validate, and report performance-to-plan in order to show trends and provide analyses with an emphasis on early performance indicators for the area.
• Encourage active participation with internal and external networks to ensure maximum learning through replication of best practices together with the maintenance manager.
• Monitor maintenance metrics and KPIs being practiced in his area setup by the maintenance department
• Collaborate with other maintenance functions, team to fulfill the overall target or complete a specific task effectively.
• Take tasks and responsibilities assigned by the maintenance manager

What You Bring

Required:

• Minimized degree is to require college’s degree majoring in EI&C related diciplines. Bachelor degree is common requirement for this position.
• Minimum 10 years E&I, equipment or maintenance experience in mining, special chemicals, petro chemicals, new energy or materials manufacturing business.
• Proficiency in related electric/instrument equipment, have wide knowlege in SIS system applicaiton and SACI system management including vabrication and troubleshooting.
• ​Skillful in MS office package (Word, Excel, PPT)

Preferred:

• Skillful in AUTOCAD and other electric related drawing/design software.
• Basic reading, writing and oral engilish capability. It will be a plus if the candidate can use English as the working language.
