Diesel Mechanic

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot problems
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
• Communicate with other team members to ensure that all vehicles are maintained and repaired in a timely manner
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Cert 3 HCV or equivalent
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
