You’ll work closely with the Project Director and the delivery team, providing clear direction and support across all contract management activities. This includes managing risk, maintaining compliance and ensuring strong commercial performance across the project lifecycle.

What you’ll do

  • Lead contract management across the project, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
  • Manage subcontract procurement, negotiations and commercial agreements
  • Monitor project performance, including cost, variations and contractual risk
  • Provide direction and advice to project teams on contractual matters
  • Support programme outcomes by aligning commercial strategy with delivery
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders

What we’re looking for?

We’re looking for a Contracts Manager who brings strong experience across civil construction or infrastructure projects and understands what it takes to manage commercial and contractual outcomes in a complex delivery environment.

You take a practical solutions-focused approach and are confident managing contracts, negotiating outcomes and working across multiple stakeholders. You’re comfortable balancing risk, cost and performance, while supporting teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

You build trusted relationships, communicate clearly and bring a highly collaborative approach to working with project teams. You’re a self-starter, proactive, accountable and take pride in delivering strong commercial outcomes that support project success.

This is a great opportunity to step into a role where you can influence how projects are delivered, shape commercial outcomes and continue to grow your leadership capability within a high-performing Construction business.

Join Fulton Hogan and be part of a team that’s delivering real outcomes for communities. If you’re looking to contribute to a project that makes a lasting difference, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be supported by a team that values safety, teamwork and getting the job done right. Bring your experience, build your career, and help us shape infrastructure we can all be proud of.
