The Role

Based in South West Sydney, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate, well-managed project information, working closely with our construction and integrated design teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid residential experience looking to grow into a long-term project delivery role.

Key Responsibilities

- Contract administration and project support across multiple residential builds

- Procurement coordination including trades, suppliers, purchase orders, and materials

- Management of RFIs, variations, document control, and project correspondence

- Cost tracking, reporting, and payment approvals for subcontractors and suppliers

- Coordination with consultants, trades, and internal teams

- Pre & post construction work

About You

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional with relevant industry experience, ready to step into a structured project delivery role.

Your background will primarily be within Class 1 residential construction.

You will ideally have:

- Experience in construction administration, estimating, or project coordination

- Strong understanding of residential construction methodology and sequencing

- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and schedules

- Exposure to procurement and contract administration processes

- Strong communication skills and confidence working with trades and suppliers

- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

- A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of outcomes

- A genuine interest in premium residential and architectural projects

Qualifications & Experience

- Relevant qualification in Construction Management or similar preferred.

- Minimum 2+ years' experience in contracts administration within residential construction

- Strong understanding of Australian construction contracts and relevant legislation

- Sound financial literacy with cost control experience

Skills & Attributes

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Experience with construction management software (e.g. Onsite Companion or similar)

- Ability to manage sensitive commercial discussions professionally

- Structured, systems-focused approach to work

- Eagerness to learn and develop within a project management pathway
