Sure People Solutions represents a range of major construction, mining, and infrastructure projects across Western Australia. We are currently seeking experienced Concrete Testers and Materials Technicians for a key Bunnings construction project in Karratha, with FIFO and local opportunities available.
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established project with a leading construction materials provider.

Main Responsibilities
- Conduct concrete testing in both laboratory and on-site environments
- Perform slump testing, sampling, and field testing of concrete
- Carry out equipment checks, maintenance, and calibrations
- Ensure compliance with NATA standards and testing procedures
- Complete and maintain accurate test records and documentation (LIMS)
- Communicate results effectively with site teams and supervisors
- Maintain strong safety standards and follow all site procedures
Must-Have Requirements
- Previous experience as a Concrete Tester or Materials Technician
- Strong understanding of concrete testing procedures and standards
- Current driver’s licence
- Construction White Card
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and DAS screening
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Full Australian working rights
Desirable
- CMT (Concrete Materials Testing) qualification
- Previous experience in civil, mining, or infrastructure projects
- FIFO or remote site experience
- Familiarity with NATA laboratory requirements and LIMS systems
Additional Requirements
- Successful applicants will be required to complete a full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
- Must be able to provide a minimum of 5 years’ employment history with contactable referees
- Ability to work weekends and overtime as required
