The role

We are seeking an HR Licensed Concrete Agitator Driver to join our team in Raleigh, NSW. In this role, you’ll deliver pre-mixed concrete safely and efficiently to a diverse range of customer sites, with no two days the same. You’ll work closely with customers and the operations team to ensure reliable service while maintaining a strong focus on safety, professionalism, vehicle presentation, and customer service.

No agitator experience? Full training will be provided, offering a great opportunity to build specialised driving skills within a stable and growing industry.

This role is located in Raleigh, NSW and you will be required to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver pre-mixed concrete to customer sites safely and efficiently
  • Manage concrete slump tolerance levels and the discharge of concrete
  • Accurately complete delivery dockets and paperwork
  • Develop positive customer relationships
  • Maintain the truck in a clean and tidy condition

What you will need to succeed

  • Current HR driver’s licence and ability to provide licence history check
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
  • Reliable team player with a customer service focus
  • Concrete or construction industry experience highly regarded
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday
  • Commitment to NHVR regulations
