Civil Plant Operator – Sydney Projects Casual to Full‑Time | Long‑Term Growth |Civil Sites Across Sydney

We’re looking for a physically fit, energetic Civil Plant Operator with 3–4 years’ experience to join a busy civil team working across Canterbury, St Marys, Riverstone and wider Sydney.
Role

• Operate excavators and assist with ground work
• Work across multiple civil sites
• Casual start with progression to full‑time contract

• 3–4 years’ civil construction experience
• VOC for relevant machinery
• Fit, capable and willing to jump on the tools
• Driver’s licence and ability to travel
• Railway card is a bonus
