Our Mackay warehouse is busier than ever, and due to growing business demands, we’re on the lookout for Casual team members to join our crew!

This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start a long-term career within a Wesfarmers business. We have plenty of hours available across both day and afternoon shifts, with start times ranging from 6am through to 9pm, Monday to Friday.

Whether you're looking for just a few hours each week or something closer to full-time, this role offers genuine casual flexibility. Work 4 hours, 30 hours, or anything in between—you choose the schedule that best suits your lifestyle.

We’re moving quickly, with interviews beginning in the next week or two and immediate starts available for successful candidates. Past applicants for Storeperson roles are also encouraged to apply.

Please note: You must have full, unrestricted work rights in Australia to be considered.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
• Receiving, labelling, and storing incoming goods
• Sorting, loading, and unloading vehicles
• Keeping shelves stocked and products well-presented
• Operating forklifts as required

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience in a Warehouse or Storeperson role
• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and reliable work ethic
• A forklift licence and/or high reach experience (highly desirable)
• A customer-focused mindset and team-first approach
• Confidence using warehouse systems is an advantage
