About the Role:

We're seeking a Casual Recruitment Coordinator to support our busy recruitment team and help deliver a positive candidate experience from the very first interaction.

Working remotely on a casual, on-call basis, you'll play an important role in coordinating recruitment activities, processing compliance documentation and ensuring candidates move smoothly through the hiring process.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, enjoys connecting with people and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conducting phone screens with candidates
• Providing professional and timely communication throughout the recruitment process
• Validating and processing pre-employment compliance documentation
• Maintaining accurate candidate records within our recruitment system
• Supporting the recruitment team to ensure candidates move smoothly through the hiring process

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience in recruitment coordination, compliance verification and administration within a high-volume recruitment environment
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A professional, friendly and candidate-focused approach
• Confidence working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work on call casual hours, Monday to Friday as required
• Experience in transport, logistics, manufacturing or blue-collar recruitment is highly regarded
