Macadamia Farm Management is seeking motivated team members to join one of our innovative workshops in Goodwood or Welcome Creek. You’ll help build, maintain, and improve machinery that supports one of Australia’s leading macadamia producers.

Key Responsibilities
If you are a Boilermaker:
- Fabrication and welding of farm implements and machinery
- Repairs to trailers, structural components, harvest equipment & farm infrastructure
- Preventative maintenance on fabricated assets
- Designing and modifying equipment to improve functionality and farm efficiency
- On-site breakdown support when required
If you are a Diesel Mechanic:
- Servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on tractors, trucks, farm machinery, utes & small engines
- Hydraulic system troubleshooting and repairs
- Preventative maintenance scheduling
- Breakdowns and field service work across farms
- Ensuring machinery is safe, compliant, and operational
What We’re Looking For
- Trade‑qualified Boilermaker OR Diesel Mechanic
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to diagnose and solve problems independently
- Safe work practices
- Ability to work as part of a team across multiple farm sites
- Current driver’s licence
- Experience in agricultural, heavy machinery, or outdoor environments (desirable)
