We are looking for an experienced AV Service Technician to join our on-site team at a University in Melbourne’s CBD. This is a hands-on service position dealing with a variety of AV technologies.
• Relevant experience in an AV incident response role • Experience with AMX and Crestron control systems • Basic understanding of AMX and Crestron programming • Experience in DSP programming is desirable • Networking experience/certifications highly desirable. • Customer service experience • Problem solver, will own issues until full resolution. • Able to take a creative approach to situations and problem solving. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with great attention to detail. • Strong organisational, time management & prioritisation skills. • Strong rapport and relationship building skills with both internal staff and customers. • Exceed customer expectations – ability to create wow and delight moments with customers
