Apprenticeship - Painter

Brownrite Building Group Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Apprentice Painter to join its team working on a range of commercial building projects throughout regional New South Wales.

Based in Dubbo, NSW, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a rewarding career in the painting and decorating industry. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience while working alongside experienced tradespeople and completing a nationally recognised qualification.

This role involves travelling to various commercial project sites across regional NSW and working away from home for extended periods, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working in different locations.

About the role:

• Assist qualified painters with commercial painting and decorating projects
• Prepare surfaces, apply paints and finishes, and learn industry techniques
• Work on a variety of commercial construction sites across regional NSW
• Gain practical experience while completing a painting apprenticeship
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times

• Genuine interest in painting and decorating
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to travel and work away from home when required
