BOSS Carpentry WA has been operating since 2006 and specialises in large-scale commercial carpentry projects throughout the Perth metropolitan area. Approximately 95% of our work is within the commercial sector, including:

• Apartment developments
• Schools
• Aged care facilities
• Commercial fit-outs

We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Carpenter (1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th Year) to join our growing team of 19 staff members.

About the Role

You will work alongside experienced tradespeople and gain practical experience across a variety of commercial construction projects.

Duties Include

• Installing doors and door frames
• Fitting door hardware
• Installing skirting and timber mouldings
• Constructing timber decks
• Building timber hoardings
• Assisting with general carpentry and building works
• Working on commercial construction sites throughout the Perth metro area

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Aged 18-25 (preferred)
• Energetic, motivated and reliable
• Physically fit and capable of manual work
• Confident and eager to learn
• Available to work overtime when required
• Able to travel to various metropolitan job sites
• Committed to completing a Certificate III in Carpentry

Essential Requirements

• Current driver's licence
• Own reliable vehicle capable of carrying tools
• Ability to manage on an apprenticeship wage while building a tool kit
• Strong work ethic and commitment to the trade
