Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader - Receiving to lead our inbound operations at our Truganina site. This is a hands‑on leadership role, responsible for ensuring the accurate, efficient, and safe receipt of all inbound goods while developing a high‑performing receiving team and delivering against client KPIs and operational targets. 

This hands-on and complex role involves:

The Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday (8.00am-4.00pm)

 
About You:
You are someone who enjoys leading from the front, thrives in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, and has a strong eye for detail and process improvement.

  • You will bring:
    • Proven experience leading teams in warehouse or distribution environment.
    • Strong background in receiving/ goods inwards operations.
    • Hands-on, accountable leadership style with the ability to motivate and coach teams.
    • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
    • Advanced WMS experience and confidence using RF Scanners.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
    • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast- paced operation
    • Demonstrated commitment to safety and operational excellence
    Licenses and Requirements:

    Current Forklift License (essential), LF (High Reach) and LO (Order Picker)
    Sound understanding of WHS requirements
    Full working rights in Australia
