Role Overview:
This hands-on and complex role involves:We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader - Receiving to lead our inbound operations at our Truganina site. This is a hands‑on leadership role, responsible for ensuring the accurate, efficient, and safe receipt of all inbound goods while developing a high‑performing receiving team and delivering against client KPIs and operational targets.

About You:
You are someone who enjoys leading from the front, thrives in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, and has a strong eye for detail and process improvement.
- You will bring:
- Proven experience leading teams in warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong background in receiving/ goods inwards operations.
- Hands-on, accountable leadership style with the ability to motivate and coach teams.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Advanced WMS experience and confidence using RF Scanners.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast- paced operation
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and operational excellence
Current Forklift License (essential), LF (High Reach) and LO (Order Picker)
Sound understanding of WHS requirements
