Our valued client based in Sumner, operates a facility specialising in the manufacturing, distribution and recycling of mobile garbage bins and waste management infrastructure.
 
We are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader - Warehouse & Logistics to join their team.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations.
• Lead, motivate and support a warehouse team to achieve operational targets.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload trailers and trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate counterbalance forklifts in accordance with safety procedures.
• Maintain a safe, efficient and productive warehouse environment.
• Assist with the coordination of stock, deliveries and warehouse activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members, drivers and management.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and company policies.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current Forklift Licence (LF) with proven counterbalance forklift experience.
• Previous warehouse and logistics experience.
• Previous Team Leader, Supervisor or leadership experience.
• Previous knowledge of, or exposure to, SAP.
• Proven experience loading and unloading trailers and trucks — essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to build strong working relationships.
• The ability to lead, motivate and support a team.
• Strong attention to safety and operational procedures.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport.
• Ability to attend a Teams interview and/or an on-site meeting with the client prior to commencing.
