Job tasks and responsibilities

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to take overall responsibility for the Dandenong South VIC warehouse, ensuring the prompt and efficient receipt and dispatch of all inwards and outwards goods to and from Prochem’s clients and suppliers taking inventory and moving in a safe manner and to the highest quality standard. As a leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive prompt and efficient service. We need someone who is just as committed as our current, valued employees are to maintaining the highest possible level of service, ensuring a professional, warm and friendly approach to our clients and employees.

To be successful you must be able to demonstrate:

• That you hold a valid and current forklift license and have demonstrated warehousing experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• A strong commitment to work health and safety within a warehousing environment.
• A strong customer focus (counter sales is a requirement of this position).
• WMS experience is highly desirable.
• Leadership capability or a commitment to developing your leadership skills and work towards the achievement of KPIs.
• Ability to use logic and reasoning to solve problems.
• Ability to work as part of a team, working with all colleagues and stakeholders in a friendly and cooperative manner.
• A strong mechanical aptitude.
• The ability to thrive under pressure.
