MBL Food & Packaging is a leading supplier to the Butchery, Bakery and Food Service industries, located in the Canning Vale industrial area.
About This Position
MBL Food & Packaging are seeking a Warehouse Storeperson to work out of our busy warehouse in Canning Vale.
We are offering either a full-time or casual position.
Hours: Monday to Friday times may vary (Flexibility to stay back and finish the tasks).
About You/ Requirements:
• Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse operation
• Previous experience in orders pick packing role
• Team Leader experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Forklift licence and experience is essential for this role
• The ability to multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team
• Basic Computer skills
• Good attention to details (reading descriptions , counting and picking stock )
Main Duties / Responsibilities
• Manually Picking and packing of orders for next day delivery
• Able to operate (electric or Manual) order picker
• Works safely at all times and complies with site-specific safety requirements.
• Uses PPE correctly and adheres to all safety procedures.
Requirements:
Warehouse exposure
Must have Forklift Licence
As this role can be quite physical, you will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical and provide a current Police Clearance.
