We’re seeking a motivated Warehouse Manager to lead the charge at our Adelaide site in a Full-Time capacity. This is your chance to own the flow of goods (liquor, fragrances, wine and confectionary) to our retail stores, inspire your team, and keep operations running like clockwork – all while enjoying the buzz of a dynamic airport-connected environment!
*Monday to Friday role, roughly 7:30AM-3:30PM shifts
What You’ll Do:
✅ Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations with a focus on safety and efficiency
✅ Lead, mentor and develop your warehouse team
✅ Manage inventory, stock movement, and dispatch accuracy
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support retail locations
✅ Monitor KPIs, implement improvements, and meet operational targets
✅ Ensure compliance with WHS standards and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
📦 Proven experience in warehouse or supply chain management
🧑🤝🧑 Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team of 3-4 people
🧠 Organisational excellence and attention to detail
📊 Confidence using warehouse systems and reporting tools
⏰ Flexibility to work various shifts where needed
🪪 Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
