About the role

We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Sydney. This is a key leadership role suited to an individual with a strong track record in optimising warehouse performance, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence.

You will bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach, with a clear commitment to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all aspects of the operation.

What success looks like

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the end-to-end warehouse operation, ensuring inventory accuracy through robust system governance, disciplined cycle counting, and comprehensive audit practices
  • Provide strategic oversight of inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring all movements are executed with precision, compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team, embedding a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
  • Own and drive performance against key operational KPIs, including order accuracy, on-time dispatch, and space optimisation, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making
  • Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse design, storage and workflow optimisation to enhance productivity and scalability
  • Partner cross-functionally with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure seamless operational alignment and delivery outcomes
  • Ensure the effective maintenance and lifecycle management of warehouse equipment, while upholding full compliance with workplace health and safety standards

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in warehouse or logistics management within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong capability in inventory management systems, with a focus on accuracy, control, and operational integrity
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to influence, engage, and develop high-performing teams
  • Current Forklift Licence (LF)
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational performance through KPI management, including accuracy, dispatch performance, and productivity
  • Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety compliance, with a proactive approach to risk management
  • Proven ability to identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and operational performance
