About the role

As part of the Reece Fire team, you’ll support fire protection contractors, builders, and trade customers by processing pipe and fire systems, preparing orders, and helping keep the branch and fabrication area running smoothly. This is a hands-on role that blends manufacturing, warehouse operations, and customer service.

Your day-to-day

A typical day will involve:

• Pipe processing machine operations
• Picking, packing, and staging fire system orders
• Assembly of fire protection components and fabricated items using common hand tools
• Leading by example when it comes to safety, housekeeping, and standard work
• Accurately processing orders and providing updates on stock availability
• Learning and following established procedures while contributing ideas for improvement

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have experience in warehousing or manufacturing
• Enjoy helping customers — both face-to-face and over the phone
• Hold a Forklift Licence (essential)
• Are willing to learn fire protection systems and branch operations
• Are comfortable using computers and happy to learn new systems
• Hold a clean, valid driver’s licence
• Want to build a long-term career — locally, across our branch network, or into leadership and specialist roles
