About the Role:
The Warehouse Assistant plays a key role within the Wholesale & Infrastructure team, ensuring stock and equipment are prepared and managed efficiently for Uniti Group and its subsidiaries. You’ll support the setup, builds, installation, and maintenance of Opticomm hardware and infrastructure, contributing to the delivery of exceptional services. This hands-on role offers a flexible 32-hour fortnight schedule, with a minimum of 4 hours per day, giving you the ability to balance work and lifestyle.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Plan, organise, and manage stock and inventory efficiently
- Receive and process incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy
- Prepare and ready equipment for projects and dispatch
- Assist with inventory control, stocktakes, and warehouse logistics
- Support warehouse operations by adhering to inventory management principles
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project outcomes
- Assist with the setup and delivery of Headend construction tasks
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency
About you:

Essential Experience:
- Proven experience working as a Warehouse Worker
- Current forklift licence
- First Aid Certificate II/CPR accreditation (desirable)
- Strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements
- Solid experience with logistics principles and inventory management
