The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced administrator to join our warehouse team, located in Port Adelaide. Your exceptional organisational and communication skills will be used to manage various administrative tasks and support our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage and process warehouse documentation, reports, and records
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling and tracking
- Liaise with transport providers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Prepare export and import documentation, including discrepancy reporting
- Process invoices accurately and within required timeframes
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocktakes
- Ensure compliance with customs, quarantine, and regulatory requirements
- Provide professional customer service to clients and stakeholders
What you will bring: - Proven experience in an administrative position
- Sound knowledge of warehouse operations (preferred)
- Experience with Australian Border Force & Quarantine requirements (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude with a strong customer service focus
- An understanding of the Trucksmart system is an advantage (however training will be provided)
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and pre-employment medical
