Fulton Hogan is proud to manage the Sydney Airport Grounds Maintenance Contract with a skilled team that perform works including; minor civil works, guard rail repairs, line marking, pavement repairs, landscaping, vegetation management, horticultural and arborist works, litter collection, street sweeping, cleaning both Airside and landside locations at Sydney Airport.

We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader to join the team in this hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead a crew to safely deliver a wide range of maintenance works, ensuring quality outcomes and keeping to programme and client expectations. You’ll play a key role in coordinating day-to-day activities, supporting your crew and making sure work is completed efficiently and to the required standard.

What you’ll do

  • Lead a crew to deliver maintenance works safely and efficiently
  • Coordinate day-to-day site activities to meet programme, quality and performance targets
  • Support the delivery of maintenance works including inspections, repairs and reactive tasks
  • Monitor work progress, identify issues early and implement practical solutions
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors, stakeholders and your team
  • Maintain a safe, compliant and well-organised work environment

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Team Leader who brings experience in road maintenance, civil construction or similar environments and understands how to lead crews in a live, safety-critical setting. You’re confident coordinating work, managing competing priorities and ensuring tasks are completed to standard.

You take a practical, hands-on approach and lead from the front, supporting your team, solving problems and keeping work moving. You’re organised, reliable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
