As our organisation continues to grow and evolve, we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about quality recruitment and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.  An exciting opportunity has become available following an internal career move. You'll be joining our Residential Care Talent Acquisition team of five within our wider Talent Acquisition function. About the role  Supporting our Residential Care services across Sydney, Regional NSW and South East Queensland, you'll partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment, helping build teams that provide exceptional care and enrich the lives of our residents.  In this role, you will:  Manage end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of Residential Care services Source, screen and interview candidates while coordinating the recruitment process from advertising through to offer Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through professional, timely communication Partner with hiring managers to provide expert recruitment advice, coaching and market insights Develop creative sourcing strategies, talent pools and candidate pipelines Write engaging job advertisements that attract high-quality talent Optimise recruitment systems and leverage technology to improve recruitment outcomes Utilise social media and employer branding initiatives to strengthen our Employee Value Proposition  About you  You're an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in finding the right people - not simply filling vacancies.  You'll bring:  Demonstrated end-to-end (360) recruitment experience Experience recruiting within Aged Care, Healthcare or Community Services (highly regarded) A genuine passion for quality recruitment and delivering an exceptional candidate experience Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities A proactive approach to sourcing talent and building sustainable candidate pipelines Confidence using recruitment technology and an interest in continuously improving systems and processes Strong consultation, influencing and negotiation skills A current NSW Driver License and access to a vehicle (preferred for occasional site visits) Willingness to complete a Police Check.  Why join us?  Competitive salary and not-for-profit salary packaging Fitness Passport Paid parental leave and an additional six days of paid Family Leave Long Service Leave after five years Career development within a collaborative, supportive Talent Acquisition team A values-based organisation that welcomes people of all faiths, backgrounds and experiences  If you're looking for a Talent Acquisition role where your expertise is valued, you'll work with a supportive team, and your work has genuine purpose, we'd love to hear from you.  Apply now and help us build the teams that create a world where older people thrive
