We currently have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in delivering a seamless, end-to-end recruitment experience while ensuring compliance and accuracy across all stages of the hiring process.

 

This role will be based in North Ryde but we would also be open to applicants in Canberra.

 

What You’ll Do 

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
 

  • Coordinating the recruitment process from start to finish, including advertising, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Handling data entry tasks and managing key systems like Oracle HCM.
  • Supporting talent acquisition events and employer branding activities, generating and uploading content to social media.
  • Assisting with compliance by managing background checks, security clearances, and HRCore tasks.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.

 

What You’ll Bring 
 

  • Proven experience in HR, recruitment or people-related administration, ideally within a fast-paced environment. 

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to guide others and ensure processes are followed. 

  • High attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem solving and maintaining accurate data and documentation. 

  • A solid understanding of compliance requirements across the employee lifecycle (e.g. pre-employment checks, right-to-work, onboarding documentation), with the ability to ensure processes are followed and completed accurately.
