Recruitment

09th June, 2026

We’re on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our EPEC People & Culture team. The Talent Acquisition Advisor plays a crucial role in delivering the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience for new hires.

About Us
We are a nationally recognised high-voltage engineering and EPC partner — delivering grid connections for some of Australia's most complex renewable energy projects, from 400MW solar farms to 200MW battery storage systems and 132kV substations for international developers entering the Australian market for the first time. Founded by specialists in power system engineering, project delivery, and generator compliance, we exist to simplify the grid connection process and remove the uncertainty that costs projects time and money. Our teams are involved in power system modelling, EPC construction, SCADA, commissioning, and compliance testing, all under one roof and one point of accountability.

Reporting to the People & Culture Lead, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—partnering closely with hiring managers across multiple business areas and delivering a seamless candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding.
