Switchboard Electrician & Trade Assistant

CrewSELECT is seeking a Switchboard Electrician and Electrical Trade Assistant for a workshop-based role near Oxley, commencing 2 March 2026. You’ll support the build and assembly of switchboards for ongoing projects, working consistent hours in a controlled workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Control wiring and component installation
- Read and interpret electrical schematics
- Assemble and wire switchboards
- Work with PLCs, VSDs and MCCs
Qualifications / Experience required
- Current Electrical Licence
- CPR/LVR certification
- Construction Industry Card (White Card)
- Switchboard build and control wiring experience
- Ability to read and follow schematics
What’s on offer
- Trade Assistant: $40/hr + penalties
- Electrician: $53/hr + penalties
- 8–10 hour days
- Workshop-based role (no site travel)
- Project through to June with likely extension
